There are many ways to improve the brain functions. Some of these include avoiding pollutants, eating healthier and indulging in creative thinking. While some are easier to achieve, others might not be as expected. Eating healthy is a great way to ensure your brain gets the nutrient that the body needs. The healthier you eat the more oxygen will be circulated in the brain. This optimizes the brain functi9ons making you think quicker. Avoiding pollutants might not be easy but staying away from exhausts and areas know to have excess pollution if possible. Engaging in activities that gets the blood flowing in the brain will also optimize the brain’s performance.
